NOT HONEST!! We were quoted over $1100 for work that we did not need. Mike Watson did not seem very honest..considering it took him over 24 hrs to tell us the outcome of a diagnostic on our car. When we picked up our car I told Mike Watson we wanted a second opinion and NICE MIKE was not so very nice. We decided to take our car to the nearest Firestone (Galleria) and we were contacted within 2 hours and told that we had a bad vacuum hose...WTF!!! Quote less that $600!! I am writing this fuming that we paid those idiots over a hundred dollars for a diagnostic and an oil change!
