I like the Charlotte Airport. We're there twice a year, on the way to England.
On this last trip, Christian picked us up in the ""people mover."" He was fantastic! So friendly and helpful with everyone. He's a true asset!
What we HATE about the airport would be the men attendants, almost always black, waiting in the bathroom. It has such a racist feel to it. We find it demeaning and embarrasing for the men. PLEASE...find them other jobs, and stop this slave/master aspect to your airport.
