Extremely PUSHY, UNREASONABLE work agreement & horrendously OVERPRICED. Their sales rep ""John"" is an interesting character: 1. He never gave me the same story twice 2. His crew didn't show up the first time we scheduled an appointment & claimed he never committed to it 3. He attempted to play me against my general contractor 4. He kept quoting for work I clearly stated I didn't want CI to do. 5. His proposal included line items like ""EXTRA LABOR TO DO JOB"" without explanation. PLUS they had the nerve to send me a bill for work they DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO. Do yourself a favor & LOOK ELSEWHERE.
