I've been to spas before including this location, but it has been over a year and forgot that they do not have a jacuzzi. I like to enjoy the facilities prior to my appointment. When I first walked in the gal at the front desk just handed me the key #9 (no tour). The hair products in the ladies were were empty. I asked about certain massages via phone, the soothing stones was different, but needed deep tissue.
