I never have to wait for stylist. I have been going here for 4 years and I love Virginia. I am always promptly asked if I would like something to drink. Also, we have tried various styles and colors on my hair over the years. She always has great ideas and is very mindful of my hard to manage hair. She thinks about how we can change my look even before I get to my appointment. I was originally referred by a friend and even now that I moved to the suburb..it's worth the drive as my hair always looks great.
