You have got to be kidding me! I'm Ken's wife... I drive the Quest.... it took 4 times to HOPEFULLY get this fixed... and even at that it was because I asked about getting a Mercury Villager part - the same vehicle with a different name! I was the one driving around in the HOTTEST days of the summer - meeting with clients with NO airconditioning! Ken brought the car to you because you are convenient and you do some work on their company vehicles....but instead on convenient it became quite inconvenient bringing it back 4 times! Whatever happened to fixing it right the 1st time... isn't there a vehicle cross reference? Many makes and models are basically the same car - many "American Made" cars are really being manufacturered by a foreign company... I can't believe the Nissan part department would not know this!
So, all in all, for the quality of service we received, you were WAY overpriced!
