I saw one of their PTs in Lone Tree for 3 months who wasn't able to figure out my problem. Finally went to another PT, who was able to solve my issue. Then - 1 year later, I receive a bill for an unpaid co-pay. I called to understand why it took 1 year to bill me and, without any apologies, the billing person send me a very abusive letter threatening to turn my account over to a collection agency, even though the billing issue was their fault.
