I wonder if the woman Dana A. was referring to has been released or is still employed there. I had a run in with a similar sounding woman during the day. It's dead, you have to go out of your way to be rude. She was too busy kissing the asses of the older guests just to talk down to me. I'm in my mid twenties, you should be catering to someone my age. I must just look like a teenager and therefore you can take your crappy day out on me. It's an older blonde woman who has no reason to keep her nose in the air, the place is grungy and run down anyway. Enjoy the terrible atmosphere!
