Ordered our kitchen remodel appliances from them on the contractor's recommendation. The dishwasher (Bosch) turned out to be bad. Fredericks ""lost our paperwork"" so we had to jump through hoops to convince the repair man we were under warranty. Then he tells us everyone in the industry knew its circuit board was bad and would repeatedly burn out. Okay, maybe Fredericks didn't know. But it's their job. Did they know and sell it to us anyway? We got one new circuit board under warranty, then it broke down again within a year and we were out of the warranty period.\r
Replaced the dishwasher and paid for the extended warranty this time. The new dishwasher is also a dud. Telephone runaround to ge tthe authorized repair guys for the warranty plan. Then they've somehow ""lost the computer file"" for us so we have to wait 3 days (?) just for Fredericks to add us to the warranty computer again--even though we have paper confirmation in hand that we paid for the warranty. (So now we paid extra and are getting worse service!) Then the repair guys aren't available for another week!\r
Fredericks didn't lift a finger to help us or even do their job right in the first place. And they should have had better faith with their customers thn to sell us two bad dishwashers.\r
Run far, run fast.\r
Wish I had driven farther to find a better store or done my research and ordered on the internet rather than get mixed up with these guys.\r

Sept 12, 2011 I'm adding to this review because of new information. I informed Fredericks of my review via email on their site. They immediately called back and asked to fix the problem. They got a repair guy out the next day (not the one from the warranty service) and promised to arrange the payment through the warranty program. He did fix the problem, which turned out to be a faulty drain pump. \r
I wish we hadn't had to go through the hassle and confusion with the extended warranty people, and I really wish we didn't have to buy an extended warranty to get a decent useful life out of a Bosch dishwasher. But I am very impressed with Frederick's dedication to their reputation and their willingness and ability to make things right.
