If I could, I would give these people a negative score. I took my truck in to be serviced after being hit by an intoxicated driver. The manager of the service department gave me the run-around for 4 WEEKS!! I had to leave work and use vacation time because they told me I had to come get the truck 'Now before we close', only to get there and have them tell me that they 'must of called the wrong person'. This happened TWICE!! Not only that, but they were horribly rude. After I FINALLY got my truck back, there were charges on the bill I received that weren't even correct such as having the 'Texas Edition' emblem replaced. My truck was hit on the right front side. These guys are total and complete morons and I would urge anyone thinking of doing business there to PLEASE think again!! Disgusting excuses for human beings.
