Took in my bike for a tune-up. Was told it would be done in 24 hours. A week later, I am raising hell. They were apologizing for ""misunderstandings,"" but nothing more than that. No discount, no sincere apology. I wouldn't set foot in there again if they owned the only shop in the world. Experienced rider, so I have seen some great shops and this one is definitely not among them.
