Bad Quility and Poor Customer Service 9/25/2011

I first took my car to River Oaks Paint and Body five years ago,well I had to take it back two weeks ago because the paint had started to peel.So I went in for a warranty issue and after Tom told me what I needed to do they would get with the paint company and take care of it I asked for an estimate on the rear end of my car so Tom gives me an estimate for my car so I asked him how much more or less would it be if I had a insurance claim he asked how much was my deductible so I told Tom what it was.Tom told me what I need to do to get ever thing started.Decided to leave my car that Tom told me would only take 3day,well it took them 13 days. I called Tom and left him a message ane he did return my call someone else called the next business day I asked to speak with Tom but he was not there.Tom didn't leave any note of what he had promised me and when his boss called he he played like that's not what he said.""PLEASE GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING"" and once they called me to come in and pick up my car it looked like the had reuse the bumper that was on my car and lied to my insurance company more
