I told myself I wouldnt go back there 5 yrs ago when the middle aged salesperson sold me a horrible twin mattress for 150$, should have known better. This time went in the Clovis store first but waited FOREVER for the ONE salesperson working, finally walked out, now I realize why online shopping is where its at. Since I was desperate for a matress boxspring, thats right, only a boxpring for my daughter and they had it in stock, decided to try the blackstone location. The salesperson was great. No issues. My friend gave me her boxspring when I told her about this, so I called the location and the same manager told me no problem to get a refund over the phone. I was never so APPALLED at the additude of the middle aged (Im being kind) man who begrudgingly gave me a refund after bad mouthing and insulting the man who told me it was OK to bring me the receipt in (I hadnt even picked up the boxspring yet). This guy is a prick. I will never shop there again. He was not only extremly angry at this employee, he was rude, rude, rude to me, the customer. Grabbing my credit card in a huff, hahahahhahahahahahaha!!! Get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
