This place doesn't even deserve a rating from 0-10 because it falls far BELOW 0!!! The management staff/office treat you like scum. Once they schmooze you with free coffee and showing you the showcase apts, you sign the lease and your personal nightmare begins. Don't believe me?? Then check out all the negative reviews listed on the Apartment Ratings site. (I can't provide a url here so just google that name and look for Berkshires of W. Melbourne.) DO NOT make the same mistake I did by moving here. Each day I wake up regretting my mistake and looking forward to the day I can get out of here (and you get bet the Mgr and/or her puppeted assistant managers will find a way to charge me for the air I breathed in the apt. just to swindle more money out of me!) I just hope for your sake you heed my message here. Check out that other site I mentioned..you'll get an eyeful!! Good luck to you!
