I took my dog to the Houston's Animal Clinic this weekend in a panicked frenzy because his paw was bleeding. It turned out that his nail was broken and had to be removed. The vet said that it would be a quick procedure. They took him to the back. Came out 15 minutes later with his paw bandaged. The following day my dog was limping around all day and wouldn't eat, you could tell he was hurting. His regular vet opened today so we took him in for a follow up. It turns out that his nail is still there and that is why he has been in so much pain. I've called, sent e-mails, and have yet to receive a response. This is the worse service I could ever imagine. I trusted them to take care of my dog in an emergency situation, but instead they charged me $300 for nothing. Do not take your pet here. It is over priced and they clearly do not do a good job.
