I ordered a bed from Z Gallerie and after waiting a month they used a low budget delivery service - EDC Moving Systems - who ended up damaging the product and damaging my wall. They then had the nerve to ask us to lie about the damage to their boss. We waited 2 additional weeks (while sleeping on the floor!!!) for the SAME damaged product to arrive back at our house. This is after waiting in the house for another 5 hour window (of which they were 2 hours late) and numerous calls with ZGallerie and EDC who both assured us a new product was arriving and had been inspected. Now we are left with NO bed and NO answers! Very poor experience for an expensive piece of furniture.
