Have been a patient for a few years. No major medical issues just a couple of prescriptions and a visit every 6 months. They support staff thinks they are the customer and treated me as if I am doing then a favor. Constantly having to call them to have my prescription filled when the pharmacy tells me they will not return their calls. TMFM's own crappy answering system tells you to have the pharmacy to call. On one of my regular calls to them to find out why they did not call the pharmacy back they tell me that Bulkacz left the practice. I asked about why I was not notified......there response 'I dunno'.
Just like there are bad auto garages, insurance companies, etc there are bad medical practices. A monkey can see patients after patient for colds, the flu, a rash, he'll I can do that.
Dr's need to get off of ther wholly are thou attitude.
