Had soles replaced on Redwings 1st time and Rockport orignal sole reglued, paid $120. Two weeks later both pair had sole's come apart, brought back, reglued. Two weeks later both coming apart again. They were definitely not happy to see me. All the early charm was gone as well as being able to speak English. At pickup Redwings were reglue but not the Rockports. He pointed to the name ""Rockport"" on the sole meaning he didn't replace that sole and I assume had forgotten he had charged me to reglue it. Again poor English was presented with utterances of ""Enough Enough"" to my bewilderment. Ps I had also bought pricey inserts, a first time $150 customer and last time of course.
