When I moved to Charlotte 3 years ago I tried several hair salons. At one point another salon completely botched my color job. I walked into Planet 21 and asked if anyone could correct the problem. That's when I met Abby. She was able to correct my color and I've been going to her ever since. She does a fantastic job. Kat is my stylist, and she also does a great job. I'm always happy with the services when I leave. I would highly recommend Planet 21 to anyone looking for great service.
