Same situation over and over again. My vechile sat on the lot for 2 months plus, almost every time I call I would have to let the phone ring for 3-4 minutes only to hear it will be done on Wednsday, when Wednesday came and I finally got an answer on the phone then I hear it will be done on Friday. This went on for 6 weeks. Either the part didn't come in or we found another issue we have to fix. One day after calling the shop 10 plus times without an answer I showed up there to pick up my vechile on the day it was promised to me 8th time. Jim insulated me and yelled at me in front of customers waiting for their vechiles, then called the cops on me, all I was doing was asking questons on what was taking so long and why all the promise dates to deliver. Apparently he did not want to talk in a professional manner, he felt the need to show off in front of the poor customers that he has left. I left in tears never in my life feeling so humilated. Finally when I pick up the vechile it has almost 1,800 miles more on the odometer then when I dropped it off. I have documantion showing what was on the odometer when Jim received it. Not to mention my car was covered in dog hair in the back seat and I don't even own a dog and my interior in the front was filthy. O'yes I would also like to mention the dents received on my vechile ""either from someones personel use without permission or from just sitting on his lot"" I don't know. Now every time I approach my driver door I get to look at a 6 inch crease that reminds me of the Hell I went through with this shop. Never in 40 years have I had such a bad experience with a business. PLEASE, PLEASE, save your self the stress and trouble and go else where. MOST IMPORTANT JIM'S AUTO CENTER HAS 11 JUDGEMENTS AGAINST THEM. Even if you were to file a claim you will be at the bottom of a very long list.\r
