Not customer friendly at all. Bought a karaoke player (had bought one two years ago and it died on the day of my party and they said ""It's been two years.""). We put a disk in and it worked but then it wouldn't eject of play it again. That put a big damper on my party. Took it back the next day and they will only replace or upgrade. Like I trust them enough to buy another machine from them??? Finally agreed to a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Does that mean they are going to resell the defective unit?? BEWARE WHAT YOU BUY THERE SINCE IT MIGHT BE THE ONE I RETURNED. They acted like they were doing me a favor selling to me and they don't take any responsibility for anything. STAY AWAY! more
