I have been taking private sessions regularly throughout the summer and my body has never felt better! I have had to bounce around between different instructors because of my hectic schedule and they all have something new and challenging to offer me. It is such a nice, calm working environment and it is such a nice escape after a long day at work. It helps me focus and eases my stress, not to mention how amazing my body looks now.
