Because of an earlier review, I called ahead of time to see if doctor was running on time and told by staff that she was.
After an hour in the waiting room I asked staff if they remember that I was still there. Their response was to close the glass window in my face.
Finally one of the staff told me the doctor would not be seeing me that day, although the doctor was still IN the office. No one bothered to apologize about keeping me waiting for 2 hours.
