If honest, prompt, and professional customer service are important to you, this is NOT the place you will find any of those. Due to its convenient location, I made the mistake of renting U-hauls from this location more than once. Each time, my experience was the same -- the vehicle was not ready when it was promised, the dour teenage clerk (she claimed to be ""the owner"") was rude and unapologetic, and the business practices were misleading. A regrettable disappointment given the location and potential.
