Read reviews before signing with them. Did not realize most good ones were a couple of years old. They may have once been a great builder, but I think they are bottom of the barrel. The price and people seemed really great until we signed. Then it was ""well if you still want that carpet its now an upgrade"". Felt like they did that with everything that we asked to have included. When I asked why they didn't tell me that up front. I got "" We reserve the right to change all that stuff"". I now have warranty issues (not real hopeful that they will ever get fixed) and got a notice that there is a lien on my house from an unpaid sub. I finally looked at there better business bureau rating, wish I would have done that first. I talked to some of the subs when I went to check on my house. Most seemed like really great small businesses. I think its just the people running the show have poor integrity.
