was mislead regarding service received. Specifically asked to have tire pressure check, was told all tires were good. Car monitor stated LR tire was 10# lower than rest. When question upper tech Case I was told they did check the pressure and it take two revolutions of tire to reset monitor. When I informed tech my car did not function that was I was dismissed. Ended up at Les Schwab a block away where they confirmed tire pressure was lower in LR. Concern if they will mislead you on checking tire pressure what else will they mislead you on. I had been going to this location for over 3 years, now I will find a new place I can trust.
