Dropped my car off to have the tires rotated and balanced. Man said it would be an 2 hours. So.. My daughter and I left the car with Discount tire and walked down the street to get something to eat and kill the time. It was a really really cold and windy day. Right at 2 hours, we arrived back at discount tire to see the car sitting in its exact same spot. So.. We waited another 25 mins and still the car was sitting there.. So I got up and asked how much longer.. The man said, we are getting to it right now !! I said great.. I witnessed a man get it the car and pull it into the bay.. In less than a minute, the Discount tire man came to me and said.. We checked the serial numbers of your tires and even though they are in great condition, we are not allowed to work or even touch them since they are aged or too old for us to work on !! No kidding.. This happened. After 2 hrs and 30 mins, they finally too 2 mins to look and tell me this.. I said.. Give me my keys and let me have my car back now !!! He acted surprised for some reason I was angry .. Discount tire years ago would have never done this to me. I have spend thousands there over the years.. But no more !!
