TERRIBLE!!! cusomer service, and treatment by this hotel! the whole staffs outlook seemed
to be to me that they get an abundance of business, so they don't need to cater to there
customers! and my guess is the only reason they get business at all is because they have a
good location and people are forced to stay there. they couldn't care less about any issues
i had. they lied and cheated me out of all of my points. i was lied to directly upon check in
about point qualification with my rate. they said yea you'll get your points sir no problem,
and when i checked out i was told pretty much thanks for your money sir, but too bad! your
not getting anything! their wifi never worked right in the whole two weeks i was there and
they didn't care about fixing that. i couldn't get my rooms serviced when i needed it, and
when i did finally get my room serviced the maids went through and threw out my personal
important papers that were on my desk. i wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone!!!
Period!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!
