My Mother experience a problem with a clogged drain at about 7:30 at night. I called Roto-Rooter. The tech called me back almost immediately. He came from Ruckersville to Charlottesville and tried for at least 45 minutes to unclog the drain. After not succeeding in getting the drain open, he determined that is was a problem with the city drains. He called them and stayed until they got the problem solved. We feel we received excellent service and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again. The tech was professional, polite, a joy to work with.
