I love this salon. I had a regular hairdresser who left and am very picky as most stylists I have encountered love to go crazy on my hair! Sarah did my hair today and she was just wonderful. Listened and asked lots of questions to make sure they style worked and was what I wanted. Very friendly and personable. Only thing I dislike about this place is the receptionist. She is not very friendly and half the time its like your bothering her. Or she just kind of talks off to the side like your not even there. My boyfriend complained about her too, saying when he went in to get the gift certificate it took her forever to even acknowledge him becaus she was so busy talking. Ok anyway she just threw out my gift certificate without even looking to see if there was a balance on it. I figured maybe she took it (was not much, $7 but still it could be used toward the next time instead of just thrown away.) Then looking at the receipt I saw the balance was still on there. Called and was told nothing could be done if that was the case. I would give five stars if she had better service skills. It kind of makes me not want to go back. I hate getting people in trouble and I'm sure if my name comes up it will come back on me when I go back there.
