I have been going to Sachs since they first opened and every time I go it is been nothing short of a perfect experience. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The other day I bought my mom her first Pandora bracelet for her birthday and I worked with Lauren N. and she helped me pick out the perfect memorable charms for it. My mom loved her bracelet and now its something special that we can share together! One time I needed a ring sized and the jeweler was prompt and courteous in getting back to me. And, as always with Sachs, it came back cleaner than I gave it to them. I would recommend this store to any one looking for excellent quality jewelry, experience, employees, service.
