I took my lawnmower in to be repaired. The lawnmower that I got back worked fine, however it was not the one that I brought in to be fixed. When I called back I was told the Manager was out to lunch, I asked to speak to his manager and was told he was on vacation. \r
When I got to the store, the manager was in, as well as the owner. No one seemed to care much and did nothing to correct the problem. \r
I agree with another review, it appears they deal with professionals. They care NOTHING for the individual.
