I was not quoted any diagnostic charges. When they called and told me 60 + dollars to tell me I need a new window. Da..Then they called me to say they had determined for 43.48 cents I need a new window. Da! Why am I taking my car to these people. I know I need a window.They are just not honest. Do not use these people. Charge you just to look at your car. \r
The part that made me more upset was my hood has a dent. That was not there before.For $43.48 I can tell if you need a window. I will be telling everyone I know about their inferior customer service and thet will charge you to look at your car.Do not do not use them.\r
