Thankful to have this gem in my neighborhood. I had an in-wall speaker that wasn't working and it was a model that was discontinued (a special order that would have required a long delay and hundreds of dollars to replace). Tom was able to pinpoint the problem and repair it the same day for a reasonable cost. It was an overall hassle-free experience. The best part is that his work comes with a 90 day warranty. Gotta say I'm happy so far!
