I love Mediterranean food and was happy to see one on the strand in galveston. Food was pricey but we decided to try it out anyway. My husband and I ordered Mix Grill and my daughter favorite, Spaghetti. Our chicken was burnt and tasted horrible, Shrimp look like someone took it out the bag and just slid it on a stick, no flavor, Meat had no flavored either. SO told my husband just send it back and not to try anything else since they are pricey and we know the food was not good. My daughter ate a few bites of spaghetti and was begging for her juice. I tried the spaghetti to see what was wrong cause thats her favorite, she would had eaten the whole plate. It was packed with pepper, no wonder she couldn't eat it. Ok now its time for the manager to know whats going on so he can fix the problem for the next people that orders food from them. Well we get a visit from the owner, I start telling him how there was so much pepper in my daughter food that she couldn't eat it, he wouldnt even let me get the words out and cut me off and says well thats how i make it and i dont know who makes spaghetti without pepper. I told him i understand, but a child cant eat so much pepper in the food. He didnt care what i had to say. I asked him why didnt it have meat sauce and he says thats not how he makes it. I showed him the menu, it says spaghetti topped with meat sauce and bread. There were no meat nor bread. He yelled at us to get the hell out of his restaurant. He got mad at me because he had his own menu incorrect,. I was gathering our things and he kept yelling to get the hell out of his restaurant. I eat mediterraean food all the time. this was the worst taste, experience i ever had at one. On top of that my husband got food poisoning, the restroom was not clean, I do admit the waiter did a great job. Owner needs to be shut down and need to be inspected!!!! So please try someplace else where your family will feel welcome!
