RUN! I took two guitars to them for repairs (12/2010), and still haven't received the guitars back from them. I tried to call several times, but they are avoiding me. I went to the store recently, only to find that they were in the midst of moving to a new location. Called them DOZENS of times, with no response. EXTREMELY irresponsible. Next stop, small claims court...
