The actual apartments are nice enough with high ceilings and a fireplace in most of them. It's the management that stinks. They are new and nearly incompetent at running the place. I have never found them to be helpful or they are often just rude.
We don't plan on renewing our lease this time because they are trying to bump the rent another 50 bucks. Since we are good tenants, that doesn't make any sense to us. They don't negotiate and they really nickel and dime you for every little thing. We can't afford this place anymore.
