They seem to hate customers. They ran me off for trying to find a long list of supplies and (I guess) taking too long and asking too many questions, even though there were no other customers there and I was going to spend a lot of money. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. Moreover, their selection is not great, things are hard to find, and prices are very inflated. For example, for one item they priced at $95, I paid $55 at Blick's.
