Rude staff, long lines, poor service. My prescriptions were frequently not ready on time as promised (or ordered over the phone), and I usually had to wait. From the looks of things the staff is overworked and unfortunately it manifests itself in rude treatment of their customers. There is a high turnover of pharmacy staff at this location. I used to use CVS all the time for many years, but after several mishaps and screw-ups with my prescriptions I finally got fed up and had to take my business elsewhere (I highly recommend the Scott and White pharmacy in RR by the hospital...very friendly staff, short waits and no screw-ups...you will be in and out in no time).
