If I was you I would not rent from this crook, Mr Whitfield He is a evil man and money hungrey. You will not get your deposit back, no matter how clean the place is. I have heard you have no choice and you need a place, well there is many places to rent that would treat you well. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. HE IS A CROOK. unless you like to repair everything at your cost.
