My personal experience with Art's is actually a lot better than what people have posted here and other places. Out of the neighborhood, Art's stands out to be the place I refer my friends to in the Sunset Irving side. Although the wait is sometimes long, you can't argue against the price and food. Their food is cooked right in the open where you can see it, unlike some other cafes in the area. I would like to point out that their Art's breakfast special is filling and cheap. Definitely a good place to find cheap food if you're around the area
