I guess they don't need my business...
Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he doesn't need my business, but I didn't like the aggressiveness when I was asking basic questions about their service. If you just want to hand your car over to a mechanic, this might be the place for you. If you want to feel comfortable asking questions, look elsewhere. I'll find someone who has a little more patience for what can be an expensive relationship.
