I was estimated to get a UPS freight delivery on the 13th (~1 week) of the month; it is the 21st and I am sitting on hold with UPS while they try to reach Mrs. Roberts at the WTE dock, who I guess just never goes into the office.
Use this company and you can expect for them just to sit on your package and deliver whenever they want to or feel like it.
Lazy, degenerate and completely unreliable. Why UPS goes with them I don't know.
