Last weekend my Viking refrigerator went out after a power outage in my area. I called a local repair service and was told they could not send a technician for 4 days. I called Lens appliance service and they scheduled an appt for the next day. The technician showed up exactly the time he had promised. One of the parts I needed was not in stock. They ordered it for me and had it shipped overnight. The owner brought it to my house and installed it on his way home so I would not be without a refrigerator for the weekend. He noticed my built in refrigerator had not originally been installed correctly, and was in jeapordy of tipping over and hurting someone. He spent alot of time adjusting it and bolting it to the wall. He really went above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
