My name is Cassandra Lee, and I want to thank Austin Shoe Hospital, and especially Raul Reyes, for 20 years of great customer service. Because I have narrow feet (size AAA), it's hard to find shoes that fit properly. Throughout the years I've taken my shoes - both dress shoes and work shoes - to Austin Shoe Hospital, and Mr. Reyes always makes the proper adjustments so that my shoes fit perfectly. The exotic boots I wear to work were adjusted by Mr. Reyes, and he also replaces the heels when necessary. They're 15 years old, and I'm still wearing them to work. As a bus driver, I interact with a lot of people, and I make a point of referring my passengers to Austin Shoe Hospital, and particularly to Raul Reyes. I appreciate all they've done for me!
