We recently had our transmission go out while traveling home to the St. Louis MO area from eastern TN. We had no idea of who to use to repair it. In trying to find a different repair shop, we passed by TCOA and saw that they were endorsed by Dave Ramsey. This impressed us as we know who he is and respect his point of view. I called TCOA on Sunday evening expecting to get a recording of hours, etc. I spoke to a REAL person!! She asked me about the car and gave me an appointment for 9:30 on Monday. She explained what would happen at that appointment. We ended up needing a rebuild. They did it in a DAY!! We got our car back Tuesday evening and drove home with information about who to contact in our area for our 2 week check to fulfill the warranty. In addition to their fast professional service, Wendy and Angel picked us up from the hotel so that we didn't have to pay for another night. They even offered to take us to the mall so we didn't have to spend the day in waiting in the shop! Amazing! We did spend the day in the shop and I have to say, from their choice of seats which were very comfortable, to the cleanliness, and choice of magazines, this shop is like no other. While it may be "Wendy and Angel", they really are both angels! Thank you TCOA for making an awful situation tolerable!
