I've lived here since April of 2010 and just renewed my lease for another year. I have lived at several apartment communities in Atlanta during the past years and this is one of my favorites. The location is great and the amenities are wonderful!! I enjoy working out with my on-site trainer in the gym and drinking my daily cup of morning coffee from the Internet Cafe. The pool is also a beautiful place to relax. My unit is so comfortable and my vistitors can't believe it's not a purchased condo. They're always like, "Wow! This is a rental building? It's so nice!"
I'm writing this review because I noticed the other 2 poor ones. Often when i go to purchase an item or check out a hotel, etc... I always like to read reviews. It's unfortunate that out of the hundreds of happy residents, none ever feel a need to take time out of there busy days to write a review. It's only the few people who are pissed off that take to the computer. I can't agree with the other reviewers except for maybe the parking garage cleanliness. That being said, I gave Marquis Vista 4 stars because the ONLY thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the parking garage, but then again it is an outdoor parking garage! I doubt management could ask all residents to remove their vehicles for a street sweeper to come through! Lol! Some crime has happenned here but not nearly as much as other places I have lived in Buckhead and Brookwood areas. It"s a major city people, leave your car clean and free of valuables!!! My car has never been broken into. The new management here is very nice and caring and all live on site....They do lots of different and fun socials at least every other week to encourage socializing and getting to know your neighbors. Come check it out, you"ll love it here as much as I do!
