i sadly went here for a surgical abortion..i thought i made the right choice,given the information on their website.it was a horrible experience.the staff was very rude and unsympathetic.all they worried bout was their money.they rushed you out of recovery,there is no anesthesia unless you pay extra,which they dont inform you about until you get there.you are wide awake and hear and feel everything.no one talks or cousels you..i called the next day for a work excuse from work,and the lady at the call center was very rude and acted like i was a burden.they give you a packet of prescriptions before you go,no one explains what they are or what they do.i do not recommend this clinic to anyone.this was a very emotional e doctor was a tough decision,and this clinic and stff made the experience horrible.i called two days after my procedure,because i had a fever and have been extrememly neasous since the proceedure,the lady did not even care.the doctor was very rough and didnt care at all.also,his name on the papers,and in his office are slightly different on the prescriptions as if hes hiding something.totally rediculous.
