DO NOT SHOP HERE! Rogue is TERRIBLE this place is a total chop shop run by the least knowledgeable, most dishonest and rudest bunch on the planet. After a bad repair experience that almost cost me $500 I decided to go back and support small business. Mistakes can happen. Wow! I was wrong. Rogue proves again you don't need any training or know how to sit behind a counter. They're just a confused and sloppy mess. Their techs are terrible. Their service is terrible. I've also seen them be super rude to minority shoppers. So, Rogue looses yet another customer due to incompetence and poor service. They don't even give you fair prices on your gear. Save a headache go to Sam Ash or Guitar Center or DBM... No wonder business is bad there
