Sad to see these reviews, and can't help but think that some of the discontent was brought on by patient attitude and expectations. They've been nothing but friendly and provided excellent care, and that was coming in in the middle of a lot of work that was started by the previous DMO provider who was awful. I witnessed an argument over billing while waiting for one appt and couldn't help but think two things - know your benefits, and pay your bill. That's the best way to avoid billing issues.
